Virtual currency & blockchain assets are not legal tender or government-backed. We will comply with United States laws and relevant laws. Changes may occur in laws, markets or virtual currency protocols that can adversely affect the use, transfer, exchange and value of virtual currency and blockchain assets. Applicable taxes may apply. Transactions in virtual currency may be irreversible, and, accordingly, losses due to fraud or accidental transactions may be irrecoverable. Even if digital coins can be traded on secondary markets, active trades and bid-asks may not be profitable or the exchanges and platforms that facilitate secondary trading may not be regulated by the United States Monetary Authority.

Terms of Service

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms and Conditions"), effective as of the date of electronic acceptance ("Effective Date"), relates to the use of the Savvy Coin Platform ("Platform"), an Internet application wholly owned by Savvy Coin Technologies Pte . Ltd. (the “Company” or “Savvy Coin”), a United States-based company.

The terms of this Agreement will govern your use of our Site (as defined below) and our Services (as defined below), and you should therefore take the time to read the Agreement carefully.

The purpose of the Site and Services is to provide our users with platform services where users can use certain virtual currencies to purchase digital coins from Savvy Coin (“Coin Purchases”). Coin Purchases include buying SVC digital coins from Savvy Coin. If you have any questions or comments regarding our Site or Services, please do not hesitate to contact us.

General use

By registering for your Savvy Coin Platform account via the Savvy Coin website, Savvy Coin API and/or any associated Savvy Coin website/entity or mobile application (collectively, the “Coin Savvy Sites”) you agree to comply with and be bound legally by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms set forth in this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to the Agreement, you may not access or use any of the Savvy Coin Services and must cancel your Savvy Coin Account, free of charge, in the manner set forth below. We may change or modify this Agreement by updating the Site or emailing you the revised Agreement. Any revised Agreement will be effective immediately upon your express approval, or 7 days after the date of posting unless changes and modifications are required by law or on instructions from authorized government agencies. By continuing to access or use the Savvy Coin Services after the revised Agreement enters into force, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. We may (a) modify or discontinue any part of the Savvy Coin Service, and (b) suspend or terminate your access to the Savvy Coin Service, at any time, and from time to time, without notice to you under certain and limited circumstances described. here . You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for the modification or discontinuance of the Savvy Coin Service,To be eligible to use Savvy Coin Services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority and contractual capacity). Risks of Virtual Currency & Digital Coins. Please note that transactions are not confirmed once submitted to the blockchain network but will require a period of time pending the state. Under such circumstances, pending transactions will not be available for use. After confirmation, transactions become irreversible and cannot be reversed. Any loss, including that caused by accident or fraud, cannot be replaced. The risk of loss in virtual currency & digital coins can be enormous. If you use a Savvy Coin service that allows you and/or a third party to access and hold virtual currency & digital coin private keys, you acknowledge that Savvy Coin is not responsible for maintaining those keys and that Savvy Coin is not responsible for any loss of currency virtual & digital coins due to theft, loss or mishandling of private keys or hardware wallet devices for virtual currencies & digital coins beyond its control.

1. Coin Savvy Service

SVC is a digital coin for gold using the proof of asset protocol developed by Savvy Coin. SVC is not a Stock, Debt or Collective Investment Scheme under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289). Your Savvy Coin account will allow you to use the following services :

Purchase SVC with Virtual Currency from Savvy Coin Platform & other exchange platforms

Account creation:

Savvy Coin Account Registration. To use any of Savvy Coin's Services, you must first register by providing your name, email address, password and confirming your acceptance of this Agreement. After successfully completing the registration process, Savvy Coin will create your Savvy Coin Account. Savvy Coin may, in our sole discretion, refuse to allow you to create a Savvy Coin Account, or limit the number of Savvy Coin Accounts that can be created and managed by a single user at any time.
Identity Verification. To use certain features of the Savvy Coin Service, including the transfer of certain virtual currency and/or currency, you may be required to provide certain personal information to Savvy Coin, including, but not limited to, name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, TIN and information about your bank account (e.g. financial institution, account type, routing number and account number). Savvy Coin may also ask you to answer certain questions or take action to verify your identity, provide Savvy Coin Services to you, or comply with applicable law. In submitting this or other personal information as may be required, you verify that the information is accurate and genuine, and you agree to update Savvy Coin if any information changes. You hereby authorize Savvy Coin to, directly or through a third party, ask any questions we deem necessary to verify your identity and/or protect against fraud, including to ask for identifying information contained in a public report (e.g., name, address, old address, or date of birth), to inquire about account information associated with your linked bank account or eligible credit/debit card (for example, name or account balance), and to take any action we deem necessary based on the results of the inquiry and the report. You further authorize any and all third parties to whom the question or request is directed to respond fully to such question or request. directly or through third parties asking questions we deem necessary to verify your identity and/or protect against fraud, including to ask for identifying information contained in public reports (for example, name, address, previous address, or date of birth), to ask account information associated with your linked bank account or eligible credit/debit card (e.g. name or account balance), and to take such action as we reasonably deem necessary based on the results of such inquiries and reports. 2. Purchase of SVCs

SVC refers to a digital coin represented by "SVC" which is backed by the number of coins in circulation
SVCs are not commodity contracts under the Commodity Trading Act (Cap. 48A).
Savvy Coin reserves the right to reject orders or change buy/sell prices or impose conditions for gold redemption. Savvy Coin reserves the right to refuse to process or cancel pending blockchain Transactions as required by law or in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other binding government orders. Savvy Coin cannot reverse blockchain Transactions that have been communicated and confirmed by the blockchain network.
No representation for prices. None of the Savvy Coin material should be construed as representing the price of SVC, Virtual Currency & Digital Coins. Market prices are determined by a variety of factors, some of which are subject to change due to risk controls and other internal security mechanisms.

Rounding off for Prices. Prices will be rounded off and the difference is non-refundable.
Circuit Breakers and Stop Trading. In the event of flash crashes, excess GAS or severe market volatility, circuit breakers and trade stops can be used to facilitate proper market operation.
Trading Limits. Savvy Coin reserves the right to vary trading limits on Savvy Coin accounts. This could be due to changes in regulations or laws, or market conditions (reasons are not exhaustive).
The algorithm will complete the purchase of SVC coins with virtual currency. The current protocol is Scrypt-PoW. Savvy Coin rightfully changes settlement technology. Any transfer fees for virtual currency will be borne by you.

You acknowledge that Savvy Coin reserves the right to stop activity in case of any doubts arising from Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Anti Money Laundering (“AML”) due diligence issues. If necessary, an in-depth AML KYC review can also be carried out which we may needother supporting information. If supporting information is not provided, Savvy Coin has the right to stop activity and will not be responsible for any losses due to insufficient/unclear information you provide.

SVC, Transaction & Storage Fees

The fees associated with the current SVC coin are:

A transaction fee will be charged when SVC coins are transferred to the blockchain.

General Use, Prohibition & Termination

Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to access and use the Savvy Coin Site, and the content, materials, information and functionality available in connection with it (collectively, the "Content") solely -currencies for informational, transactional or other purposes approved as Savvy Coin may from time to time. Any other use of the Savvy Coin Site or Content is expressly prohibited. All other rights in the Savvy Coin Site or Content are reserved by us and our licensors. We own all rights in the Savvy Coin Sites and Content and you agree that this Agreement does not grant you any right or license to the Savvy Coin Sites or Content, except for this express limited license. you will not copy, transmit, distribute, sell, resell, license, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, publish, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works from, perform, display, incorporate into other websites, or otherwise exploit any Content or any other part of the Savvy Coin Site or any derivative works thereof, wholly or partly for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, you will not frame or display the Site or Savvy Coin Content (or any portion thereof) as part of any other website or other author's work without our prior written permission. If you violate any part of this Agreement, Your permission to access and use the Savvy Coin Services may be terminated in accordance with this Agreement. In addition, we are entitled to all remedies available according to law and equity for any such breach. “Savvy Coin.co”, “Savvy Coin” and all logos associated with the Savvy Coin Services or displayed on the Savvy Coin Sites are trademarks or registered trademarks of Savvy Coin or its licensors. Such links should not be construed as endorsements and such referrals do not imply our recommendation, approval, affiliation or sponsorship of such properties, products, services or processes. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any aspect of the information, content or services contained in any third party materials or on any third party sites accessible or linked to the Savvy Coin Site, including but not limited to content, property, goods,

Third Party Applications. If, to the extent permitted by Savvy Coin from time to time, you give express permission to a third party to access or connect to your Savvy Coin Account, either through a third party product or service or through the Savvy Coin Site, you acknowledge that consent is given to the third party. to take certain actions on your behalf does not relieve you of your responsibilities under this Agreement. You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions of any third party using your Savvy Coin Account credentials. Further, you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold Savvy Coin liable, and will indemnify Savvy Coin from,

Developer. Any person or entity using the Savvy Coin Developer Tools must comply with the terms of this General Use Agreement, and/or any other terms that Savvy Coin may enforce in its sole discretion from time to time. Developer Tools is owned by Savvy Coin and is licensed to users of Developer Tools on a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sub-licensable basis. Savvy Coin reserves the right to restrict or restrict use when, in its sole discretion, we identify use of the Developer Tools to be abusive, onerous, or otherwise prohibited. Developer Tools users must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including those relating to privacy,

Warranty for secondary use and sanctions. By acquiring such items through the Savvy Coin Site, you represent and warrant that your acquisition is appropriate and your use of the items will comply with the requirements of international sanctions or secondary use laws. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not obtain virtual currency or any Savvy Coin Services through the Savvy Coin Sites if: (1) you are in, under the control of, or a national or resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria or any other country subject to a United States embargo, UN sanctions, the MAS financial sanction regime, or if you are on the US Treasury Department's List of Special Designated Citizens or the US Department of Commerce's List of Denied Persons, the Unverified List, MAS' financial sanction regime; or (2) you intend to supply acquired virtual currency or Savvy Coin Services to Cuba, Iran, North Korea.

Suspension, Termination, and Cancellation. Savvy Coin may: (a) suspend, limit, or terminate your access to any or all of the Savvy Coin Services, and/or (b) deactivate or cancel your Savvy Coin Account if:

We are strictly obliged by a subpoena, court order, or binding order from a government authority; or We suspect You are using Your Savvy Coin Account in connection with Prohibited Business or Prohibited Uses; or Your use of your Savvy Coin Account is subject to pending litigation, investigation or governmental proceedings and/or we perceive a high risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance associated with your Account activity; or
Our service partners are unable to support your use; or you take any action that Savvy Coin deems circumvents Savvy Coin's control, including, but not limited to, opening multiple Savvy Coin Accounts or abusing any promotions Savvy Coin may offer from time to time.

If any transactions are in a pending state at the time your Savvy Coin Account is canceled or suspended, they may be reversed and/or reinstated accordingly. You may not cancel your Savvy Coin Account to avoid investigation or avoid paying any amount due to Savvy Coin. Upon cancellation of your Savvy Coin Account, you authorize Savvy Coin to cancel or suspend any pending Conversion Service transactions and retain the digital coins associated with those transactions until Savvy Coin believes the funds reversal window has been completed. If you or Savvy Coin terminate this Agreement or your access to the Savvy Coin Services, or deactivate or cancel your Savvy Coin Account, you will remain liable for all amounts due below.Account error Savvy Coin may temporarily suspend access to your Account until the issue is resolved.

Communication with Savvy Coin or any reading/pricing material on the Savvy Coin website should not be construed as investment advice. You should heed the statements and advice of the United States Monetary Authority .

Website Accuracy & Ledger Pricing Mechanism

The Ledger Pricing Mechanism refers to the digital blockchain pricing method used by Savvy Coin to price SVCs.

While we aim to provide accurate and timely information on the Savvy Coin Sites, the Savvy Coin Sites (including, without limitation, Content and Ledger Pricing Mechanisms) may not always be completely accurate, complete, or current and may also include technical inaccuracies or errors. type . In an effort to continue to provide you with as complete and accurate information as possible, information may be changed or updated from time to time without notice, including but not limited to information regarding our policies, products and services. Our Relationship with You.

Relations of the Parties. Savvy Coin is an independent contractor for all purposes. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed or purported to be deemed, nor shall it cause, you and Savvy Coin to be treated as partners, joint ventures, or as joint venturers for profit, nor for you or Savvy Coin to be treated as agents of the other.

Service provider. From time to time, Savvy Coin may engage third parties to assist Savvy Coin in providing certain aspects of the Savvy Coin Services (each, a “Service Provider”). Service Providers may include, but are not limited to, Savvy Coin banking partners and technology or engineering service providers

Your privacy. Protecting your privacy is very important to Savvy Coin. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement, to better understand our commitment to safeguarding your privacy, and our use and disclosure of your information.

Privacy of Others; Marketing. If you receive information about other users through the Savvy Coin Service, you must keep that information confidential and only use it in connection with the Savvy Coin Service. You may not disclose or distribute user information to third parties or use the information except as reasonably necessary to carry out transactions and other functions reasonably related to it such as support, reconciliation and accounting, unless you receive written consent from the user to do so. You may not send unsolicited email to users through the Savvy Coin Service.

Password Security and Keeps Your Contact Information Up to Date. You are responsible for maintaining adequate security and control over any and all IDs, passwords, instructions, personal identification numbers (PINs), API keys, Hardware Wallet Devices, or any other code you use to access the Savvy Coin Services. Any loss or compromise of your prior information and/or personal information may result in unauthorized access to your Savvy Coin Account by third parties and loss or theft of virtual currency and/or digital coins held in your Savvy Coin Account and any related accounts. You are responsible for updating your email address and phone number in your Account Profile in order to receive any notifications or alerts we may send to you. We are not responsible for any loss you may incur due to compromise of your sensitive information or failure to follow or act on any notifications or warnings we may send you. If you believe your Savvy Coin Account information has been compromised, please contact Savvy Coin Support immediatelythe supprot contact telephone number listed on www.savvyvoin.world

Consent to Electronic Records. By using the Savvy Coin Services, you agree that Savvy Coin may provide you with notifications or other communications about your Savvy Coin Account and the Savvy Coin Services electronically: (a) by email (in each case to the address you provide), SMS messages, or telephone call (in each case to the telephone number provided by you), or (b) by posting to the Savvy Coin Site. For notifications made via email, the date of receipt will be deemed the date of sending the notification. If you do not wish to receive notifications or other communications electronically, we will be unable to support your Savvy Coin Account and your Savvy Coin Account will be cancelled.

Notice to Savvy Coin. We prefer to receive notifications to Savvy Coin electronically through our support system atsupport@savvycoin.com.

Customer Feedback, Questions and Complaints

Contact Savvy Coins. If you have any feedback, questions or complaints, contact us through our Customer Support atsupport@savvycoin.com . When you contact us, please provide your name, address, and any other information we may need to identify you, your Savvy Coin Account, and transactions where you have feedback, questions, or complaints.

Complaint. In case of a complaint, please describe the cause of your complaint, how you would like us to resolve the complaint and any other information you believe is relevant. We will respond to your complaint within 24 hours of receipt if you contact us via our Customer Support web page or send us an email atsupport@savvycoin.com .The Customer Complaints Officer (“Officer”) will consider your complaint. Officers will consider your complaint without prejudice based on the information you provide and any information provided by Savvy Coin. Within four weeks of receiving your complaint, the Officer will address your complaint by sending you an email ("Notification of Settlement") in which the Officer will: (i) offer to resolve your complaint in the manner you requested; (ii) make a decision to reject your complaint and explain the reasons for the refusal; or (iii) offer to resolve your complaint with an alternative solution. After receiving the Resolution Notice, you have 20 working days to accept or reject the offer or decision, which you must do by following the instructions set out in the Resolution Notice. Failure to respond to the Resolution Notice will constitute withdrawal of the complaint and acceptance that we are not liable to you regarding the subject matter of the complaint. If you are late in responding to the Resolution Notice, Savvy Coin may treat your response as if it were submitted in a timely manner.

Appeal. If you decline an offer or stipulation (“Refusal”), please explain the reasons for the Rejection and include any additional information you believe is relevant to your complaint. Any Refusal will be treated as a request to appeal the offer or decision set out in the Notice of Resolution. Our Customer Appeals Committee ("Appeals Committee") will consider your complaint impartially (including any additional information provided). We will acknowledge your Rejection within 24 hours of receipt if you contact us by the specified electronic means, and within ten working days if you contact us by the other specified means. Within four weeks of receiving the Rejection, The Appeals Committee will address your complaint by sending you an email (“Final Notice”) in which the Appeals Committee will: (i) enforce the Notice of Resolution; or (ii) refuse the Resolution Notice. Apart from its decision regarding the Notice of Resolution, the Appeals Committee may also make a new bid to resolve the complaint. After receiving the Final Notice, you will have 20 working days to accept or reject the offer or decision, which you must do by following the instructions set out in the Final Notice. Savvy Coin may extend the time limit for you to accept the offer. Failure to respond to the Final Notice will be deemed as withdrawal of the complaint and acceptance that we are not liable to you regarding the subject matter of the complaint.

Offer. Any offer made under this Section 8 will only be binding on Savvy Coin if you accept the offer by following the instructions provided by Savvy Coin within the specified timeframe. Any offer under this Section 8 will not constitute any admission by Savvy Coin of any guilt or responsibility regarding the subject matter of the complaint. Any acceptance of the offer by you will constitute acceptance that the complaint has been resolved and an undertaking that you will not bring any action in a court of competent jurisdiction against Savvy Coin regarding the subject matter of the complaint.

Claim. This provision only applies to consumers. You agree to use the complaints procedure in this Section 8 before filing any claim in a court of competent jurisdiction. Failure to comply with these terms may be used as evidence of your unwillingness to resolve the issue and/or the irritating nature of the complaint.

8. General requirements.

Limitation of Liability. (A) IN NO EVENT SHALL SAVVY COIN, ITS AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, JOINT COMPANIES, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN RESPECT OF THE SAVVY COIN SITE, THE SAVVY COIN SERVICES, OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE). (B) FOR CONSUMER ONLY: WHERE APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS LIMIT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SECTION 9.1(A) RELATED TO CONSUMER, SECTION 9.1(A) APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Compliance with regulations. Savvy Coin is prohibited from providing services or establishing relationships with certain individuals and entities in accordance with relevant regulations. If Savvy Coin is required to block assets associated with your Savvy Coin

Accounts complying with a sanctioning program, or other similar governmental sanctioning program, Savvy Coin may (i) deactivate or cancel your account (ii) transfer virtual currency or digital coins to a source of origin or account specified by an authority. Savvy Coin shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or indirect, that you may incur as a result of our compliance with applicable laws, guidelines or directives from regulatory authorities or government agencies, or warrants of attachment, liens, levies, subpoena, warrant or other legal order.

Computer Viruses. We are not responsible, whatsoever, for any damage or disruption caused by computer viruses, spyware, scareware, trojan horses, worms or other malware that may affect your computer or other equipment, or phishing, spoofing or other attacks. We recommend regular use of reputable virus screening and prevention software available. You should also be aware that SMS and email services are vulnerable to spoofing and phishing attacks and should be careful about reviewing messages claiming to be from Savvy Coin. Always log in to your Savvy Coin Account through the Savvy Coin Site to review any transaction or action required if you have any doubts about the authenticity of any communication or notification.

Release of Savvy Coin. If you have a dispute with one or more users of Savvy Coin's services, to the extent permitted by law, you release Savvy Coin, its affiliates and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, agents, joint ventures, employees and representatives. from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way related to the dispute. In addition, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in entering into this release you expressly waive any safeguards, which will limit the scope of this release to include only those claims you may know or suspect existed against you at the time. agree to this release.
