Terms of Service
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms and Conditions"), effective as of the date of electronic acceptance ("Effective Date"), relates to the use of the Savvy Coin Platform ("Platform"), an Internet application wholly owned by Savvy Coin Technologies Pte . Ltd. (the “Company” or “Savvy Coin”), a United States-based company.

If you do not agree to any of the terms set forth in this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to the Agreement, you may not access or use any of the Savvy Coin Services and must cancel your Savvy Coin Account, free of charge, in the manner set forth below. If you use a Savvy Coin service that allows you and/or a third party to access and hold virtual currency & digital coin private keys, you acknowledge that Savvy Coin is not responsible for maintaining those keys and that Savvy Coin is not responsible for any loss of currency virtual & digital coins due to theft, loss or mishandling of private keys or hardware wallet devices for virtual currencies & digital coins beyond its control.
